“The place is dirty, rooms look like something from 1970. Mold in shower, popcorn ceiling. Dire need of an upgrade. ”

“The location of the property was very good, and the staff was amazing throughout our stay(5 stars) Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience much better. A couple of areas could be improved though — the pool could use more umbrellas for shade, and our room had a weird plumbing smell. Overall, the excellent staff and great location were the highlights”

“This hotel is overdue for a rehab. The carpets are worn and dirty, the walls need to be painted and it's just generally in a shabby state. Also, there was trash left in the hallways all day. I'm not sure why housekeeping couldn't dispose of it sooner. And for 24 hours there was a used Q-tip in the hallway outside of my room. Aside from all of that, the most annoying thing about this hotel was the key cards. In a one day period, I had to go to the lobby three different times to have my key...

“Check in was terrible..I understand early check in was not available but the second time i went to check if my room was ready i was told it was cleaned but had to be cleared/inspected? I waited till 4:15..check in is at 4:00pm .i was told my room was not ready by this time my husband was upset and were told to speak to the manager.. He did take care of us at the end . But the staff working the front end were not friendly at least not me.. ”

“This property is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the bridal suite which is 850 sq ft and it felt like pure luxury. Seems to be brand new or recently renovated. Super friendly staff and check in and check out couldn’t be easier. Will definitely be back soon!”

“The Westin Rancho Mirage is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable too. We ate in the dining room for lunch and Sunday Brunch. The food was good and reasonably priced. The smaller pool we were close to was clean but they could use more umbrellas. Overall—a very enjoyable stay.”

“The property is really run down, and needs to be remodeled! There was mold in shower and water damage on the bathroom door. Our stay was $400 a night. It felt like a motel 6 not a Hilton. Our group rented 5 rooms and we were all disappointed. The staff was great! They brought me plastic silverware when asked. Hilton needs to pressure the owners to remodel!”
